• Daily trading signals with suggested entry, stop loss, and take profit levels
• Trade management updates and market commentary
• Educational content on trading strategies and risk management
• Access to our private VIP Telegram channel

Our service is delivered exclusively through Telegram after successful payment and verification.

5. User Responsibility

By accessing our service, you agree to take full personal responsibility for your trading decisions. This includes:

• Applying proper risk management on all trades
• Only trading with funds you can afford to lose
• Conducting your own research before placing any trade
• Understanding that signal results will vary based on your broker, execution speed, and account size
• Not sharing or distributing our signals outside the VIP channel

6. Payment Terms

Access to our VIP service requires a one-time payment processed securely through Stripe. By completing payment, you agree to the following:

• All prices are listed in USD
• Payments are processed immediately upon checkout
• Your VIP access will be granted following payment confirmation
• You are responsible for providing accurate payment information
• We reserve the right to update pricing for future members at any time

7. VIP Channel Access

Upon successful payment, you will receive instructions to join our private VIP Telegram channel. The following conditions apply:

• Access is personal and non-transferable
• You may not share your access link or channel content with others
• We reserve the right to revoke access without refund if these terms are violated
• Access duration is as described at the time of purchase

8. Intellectual Property

All content within Gold Trading Academy — including but not limited to trading signals, educational materials, strategies, graphics, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of Gold Trading Academy.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any of our content
• You may not screen-record, screenshot, or share signals publicly
• Unauthorised use of our content may result in immediate access termination

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our service for any of the following:

• Reselling or redistributing our signals or content
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Harassment or disruptive behaviour in the Telegram channel
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or copy our trading methodology
• Creating competing services using our content or brand materials

Violation of these terms may result in immediate and permanent removal from our VIP channel without refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gold Trading Academy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages arising from:

• Trading losses incurred based on our signals or content
• Technical issues with Telegram or third-party platforms
• Delays in signal delivery due to factors outside our control
• Decisions made based on our educational materials

Our total liability to you in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid for your membership.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on our website. Continued use of our service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
